HatsGUI is a EULA compliant plugin which is mainly used as a cosmetic feature. It opens a user friendly GUI which gives you the option to choose any of the hats available. At the moment, there are 135 different hats to choose from. However, they can be used for many other purposes, such as decoration for a build. There is a builtin fail safe, so if there is something already in your helmet slot, it will not replace it.
