Enhance your server role-play experience by allowing your players to send long distance messages using carrier pigeons. This is a role-play friendly replacement for PM's while creating an even more in depth feature for servers.

- Use /pigeon (name) (Message) to send a carrier pigeon
- Sound Effects play upon sending of pigeons, arrival, and opening of notes.
- Distance Variable that makes pigeons take longer to arrive based on distance between players.

- Download NotePigeon.jar
- Drag and Drop the Jar file into your plugins folder.
- Restart the server and enjoy!

- pigeon.use - Basic permission to allow players to use pigeons.
- pigeon.admin - Allows staff to see pigeons sent to a player and who sent it.
