FishModReq is exactly what it sounds like... a ticket/report system for your server! For a while I wasn't planning on uploading this, but I've now changed my mind. This plugin reuses a lot of code from my EventQueue plugin, and was made during a huge spur of activity on my test server. Now I am putting it here to share it with whoever may want it.

As stated before, FishModReq is a light-weight, ticket-based report system for players to use to call for staff assistance. Staff members can see a list of open mod requests (modreqs) and teleport to them if needed. Staff members can leave responses for the player. There are also commands included that can be used to quiet the players who are more abusive with this plugin.

* /fmodreq - FishModReq base command. - fm.use
* /fmodreq start (description) - Start a new modreq. - fm.start
* /fmodreq close - Closes your current modreq. - fm.start
* /fmodreq tp (player name) - Teleport to a player's modreq. - fm.mod
* /fmodreq list (page number) - Lists active modreqs. - fm.mod
* /fmodreq see - Check if your modreq has been answered. - fm.see
* /fmodreq lookat (player name) - Check a player's modreq. - fm.mod
* /fmodreq complete (player name) - Closes a player's active modreq. - fm.mod
* /fmodreq hush (player name) - Prevents a player from starting a modreq until unhushed or plugin is reloaded. - fm.mod
* /fmodreq unhush (player name) - Reallows player to start modreqs. - fm.mod
