Basically a port of the original NinesEyes plugin by ModMasta for 1.10.2
This is the first release and not all features are added yet

Features:
Nightvision!
Usage:
/nv <player> - Turns on nightvision
/nvoff <player> - Turns off nightvision
Permissions:
Compatible with most permission plugins including GroupManager and PEX
Normal users should only be given the following:
- nineseyes.use
Admins should be given the following:
- nineseyes.use
- nineseyes.admin
Installation:
Shut down your server and add nineseyes.jar into your plugins folder.
Disclaimer:
NinesEyes sends anonymous usage data to MCStats.org using "Metrics".
To disable Metrics, go to Plugins\Metrics, open the config and set opt out to true.
