If you are using 1.8.8 version or below, remove part of name "ENTITY_" from sound name in configuration, because this version not support that.

2- Download plugins (Skript and SkRayFall)

3- Put Skript.jar and SkRayFall.jar to your plugins folder

5- Put DropMe.sk to /plugins/Skript/scripts
6- In game type /skript reload all
