BestPortals
Plugin provides players with the ability to create portals between locations card or cards. Player boundless imagination enough to move into the building by means of portals. Portals can be placed to move between the major cities and to overcome the ravines.

Installation:
- Download BestPortals.jar
- Move it to a folder /plugins/BestPortals.jar
- Restart the server

Now take the tool (id which is specified in the config 'wand', the default is CLOCK) and press the right mouse button on the diamond block.
