SnelAPI is a Spigot/Bukkit API plugin which has for goal to ease, ameliorate, and enhance the abilities of other plugins (and itself!).

More importantly, this will allow any developer to simplify their plugins and easily access major-updates with minimal to no code updating. SnelAPI offers many useful functions and packages to be able to do so. For example, a whole configuration system (or any yml file) with reloading system and auto-updating, as well as custom processes can be done in one statement. Of course, SnelAPI doesn’t limit itself to configuration files, including many other useful modules for both developers and server owners.

SnelAPI is designed to be sustainable. This means that whatever is done today will still be available tomorrow, even after many updates. This is one of this project’s main goals, as it allows developers and server owners to freely update their plugins without fear of breaking everything.

SnelAPI uses a self-sustainable development model, which makes sure that the plugin itself runs with the latest and most efficient available functions. Therefore, this makes updating SnelAPI and plugins depending on it very easy.

SnelAPI is not yet publicly released as we estimated that it needs a few more ‘modules’ before having the impact, power, and reliability that we want it to achieve for a first Alpha. However, we can promise that SnelAPI seeks a promising future.
