While in Friendly-Mode Players will not take Arrow Damage or any Damage inflicted by other players. While in Friendly-Mode, on Death a Player will also keep their items.

- /friendly [on/off] <Player> Turns Friendly Mode [on/off] for <Player>
- friendly reload Reloads Friendly Config file

- friendly.off.other /friendly off <Player>
- friendly.reload /friendly reload
- BroadcastFriendly : Tell everyone that <Player> has turned on friendly [Default=true]
- AllowFriendlyToAttack : allow People in friendly mode to attack others [Default=false]
