Skyrim Minecraft Map

This project is an attempt to recreate the Skyrim map into Minecraft as faithful as possible in 1:1 scale. Actually there is no gameplay mechanics so it's mainly an exploration map.
I tried to recreate some mecanism with the redstone but erm i'm not a good redstoner so doesn't work very well.

By posting the map, i want to let other peoples enjoy exploring it and i will continue to update it, mainly focusing on vanilla stuff then DLC one.



Warning : the map files are big so it could take some time for the download.

Also some interiors are accessible by button on the "door" of entrances.

I really loved the feeling of exploration with Skyrim and while playing to minecraft, i was thinking about recreating some builds in order to be able to explore it again and being able to modify it.
In 2016-2017, i started to recreate some dungeons but without thinking about doing much but then i wanted to put the first dungeons on a map and well i was a bit disappointed because i didn't found a map suitable for what i wanted to do, so i started to create the whole map, it was the one of the first time i used Worldpainter so the first results were very messy, but i recreate multiple times the map and with it, i wanted to doing more and more areas to fill the emptiness of the map.


There are a lot of locations, i list below the named ones i did, but well there are so much and i spend much time on this project that sometimes it's like i rediscover a dungeon made years ago. So you'll see various style over the map, some are very old and can feel not finished or a bit crappy but with more and more times, i think most of them are good enough.
