Well now there's a simple and clean solution to all your problems!
Introducing:
QuietCord!
The simple BungeeCord plugin that keeps nasty InitialHandler has connected messages out of your logs! (configurable!)
The installation process is quite simple - just drop the binary (big blue "Download" button on the top right of this page) into your BungeeCord plugins folder and you're basically done!
If you desire, you can take a look at the configuration file for the plugin, which is located at plugins/QuietCord/config.yml. ( default here) It allows more fine-grained control over what messages exactly the plugin hides. (By default, it only hides server list pings, you can make it hide join connections too)
If you prefer living on the edge™, you can download development builds here or compile from source.
If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, please do not hesitate to open an issue report at GitHub. Reviews are not specifically monitored and it's really hard to help there. That said, if you like the plugin, reviews are much appreciated!
