Server sometimes needs to run chain command and messages at a certain time. So, I make this plugin with features Packet that allows making compressed commands and message.

The packet also can run by specific TPS, ex. you can add whitelist and restart the server when TPS server is down.

I also add support all type JSON format, so admin can make broadcast than contains tooltip.
