[1.21.4 – 26.2] ⚡ Quality Control - Gravestone Edition ⚡ ~ Ultimate drop loot protection

When a player dies, their items and XP go into a protected gravestone instead of scattering
on the floor. The grave is an entity — not a placed block — so there is nothing for griefers to
break, and it force-spawns even through solid rock or lava. Right-click to fastloot:
every item returns to its exact original inventory slot, and anything that doesn't fit opens a
recovery menu. On respawn the player receives a locator paper.

• Fastloot — one right-click returns items to their exact original slots; overflow opens a GUI.
• Physically solid — a real collision box players can't walk through, yet still one-click lootable.
• Never griefs — indestructible by mobs, explosions, fire, lava and players; only spawns a pocket when buried (never digs a hole on open ground) and blocks lava from flowing back over it.
• Custom 3D model — ships a detailed gravestone model + texture via QCCore's pack engine (scale/height tunable in config).
• Separate item & XP recovery % — set how much of a player's items (per-stack chance) and XP (fraction) survive death, with per-rank permission overrides.
• Never-lost whitelist — pick items that always survive, via an in-game GUI (custom items supported).
• Placement modes — Same-world, Hell (Nether/End only, Overworld deaths relocate to the Nether), or a world whitelist with WorldGuard region filtering.
• End-void safeguard — dying in the End void lifts the grave to a safe height, never lost.
• Ranked expiry — lifetimes from minutes to permanent, per permission rank; delete or drop contents on expiry.
• Holograms — a customizable floating display (owner, item count, live countdown) — no holo plugin required.
• Teleport — right-click the locator paper or /qcgs tp, permission-gated with a cooldown.
• Crash-safe — items and XP are written to storage the moment a grave is created, so a server crash never loses loot. Graves and holograms are restored on restart, and survive plugin updates.
• Multi-lanugage — supports multiple lanugages. Option to easily add any language of your choice.

QCGravestone runs on top of QCCore — the free, required foundation (pack engine, storage,
config, API). It shares QCCore's SQLite / MySQL / YAML storage.

You need QCCore + QCGravestone. QCCore alone does nothing until a feature plugin is installed.

• Server: Paper (or a fork) 1.21.4 – 26.2.
• Java: 21+. Minecraft 26.1+ requires Java 25+ on the server.
• Optional: WorldGuard (region filtering) — safe if absent.
• First start downloads a small database driver from Maven Central (needs internet once).

Permissions: qualitycontrol.gravestone (commands, everyone), .teleport (op),
.admin (manage any grave + whitelist, op), plus rank nodes .expiry.* / .recovery.*.

1. Install QCCore (free) and QCGravestone in /plugins, then restart.
2. Tune everything in the config — or use our online config generator + wiki.
3. Run /qc reload.
