A problem I've had with commands such as /spawn and /home in Minecraft survival is that it makes the game too easy -- players don't walk around, the simply use commands to get from place to place. Choices are limited in solving this, you might impose fees to makes players consider the cost of the action, or a cooldown to outright limit how often it's done.
stTeleports takes both of these ideas, and adds in the ability to have multipliers. In this way, players who only casually use teleports will have little done to them, costs and cooldowns will be low. But the more frequently you use these perks, the more expensive they become, and the longer you must wait to use them.
