Hides display name for items placed into item frames. Each person who wants to use it needs to enable it first by typing /nodn. They must have the permission noitemframedn.use to be able to use it.
You can also type /nodn reload to reload config. That requires noitemframedn.reload permission.
If you are upgrading from 1.x, remove your config.yml and restart the server to let 2.0 generate a new one. I didn't make it an exact carry over.
