This plugin is simple.
If you don't want to die to another player's might, peace them out by bribing them with your money!
That's the plugin's function.
How?
*Note: Anyone can use these commands because of their simplicity.
*Note #2: You must have Essentials to do the whole process. Money is involved through charging players with EssentialsEconomy. (Although that is open to change)
Using 3 Commands, the Peace Treaty Process can be Performed:

The config has two settings. Just two!

1) /pec <attacker>
*Sets the players involved invincible for the peace treaty session and communicates demands, henceforth starting the peace session.
(Can be done by anyone who wants to stop fighting)
2) /accept
*Accepts the mercy of the peace requester at the cost of peace & puts both players back at spawn while charging the requester with the EssentialsEconomy Function.
(Can only be done by the attacker in the peace session)
(This is option A in the peace session)
3) /refuse
*Refuses the peace request by the requester. Therefore, letting PVP commence and the killing of the requester.
(Can only be done by the attacker in the peace session)
(This is option B in the peace session)
