This plugin allows you to block certain commands for players, with a simple in-game command usage.

Commands and permissions:
- Add command to the blacklist: /ucm add <command> Permission: ucm.add
- Remove command from the blacklist: /ucm remove <command> Permission: ucm.remove
- Show all blocked commands: /ucm remove <command> Permission: ucm.list
- Bypass the blacklist permission: ucm.bypass
- All permissions in one: ucm.all
