LWCKeys
This plugin creates an all new in-game experience. Use the command /lwckeys (admin command) to get a key. With this key, you can unlock protected LWC chests that are not in a Towny region.
This plugin is highly configurable. Here is a paste of the current config file.
I highly recommend implementing this plugin into chest commands. You can create a GUI where players pay X money for a key.
