MySQL Login Check IP (MLCI)
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.7–1.11. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.

Also for admins/moderators of any minecraft server.
Plugin will check IP of login name and if name was found in database check IP.
Plugin will check IP only for users what have IP in database. To add users you need connect to mysql DB and edit it.
If on login IP another, player will kick and execute command in config.yml
