when they respawn to the most Nearest Location
Perfect for RPG Servers

Commands:

- /NTP AddLocation (Name) - Adds a location to the Configuration
- /NTP RemoveLocation (Name) - Removes a location from the Configuration
- /NTP List - Gives a list of all the Locations
- /NTP TP (Location) - Teleports you to a Location
