Just send a broadcast message to your team members or players with their respective permissions.
TeamBroadcast is a script. You also need the plugin "Skript"

This script contains a small config with which you can configure the prefix, the color of the message, and all announcements completely.
There is only one very simple command: / tb <message> or / teambroadcast <message>

tb.send - tb.send - To send a broadcast
tb.see - To see a broadcast
How to install
1. Download "Skripts" : https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/skript
2. Download "TeamBroadcaster"
3. Move my script to the following path: /plugins/Skript/scripts
