Now you can block any command you want. For every blocked command you can add a custom message. Also, this plugin allows blocking command with arguments. Example: /op Player1 will not work but /op Player2 will work as always.

EASY PROTECTION AND CUSTOM MESSAGES
With this plugin, you can block any commands and add custom deny-message like " Unknown command. Please, use /help to see all allowed commands. " or " You don't have permissions. Purchase VIP rank on www.yourserver.com "

This plugin works on all version starting from 1.7.
/cmdprot reload - Reloading config
cmdprot.use - Allows using plugin commands.
1) Download the plugin.
2) Put the plugin in your server folder.
3) Reload or restart the server.
4) Configure the plugin for your own needs.
5) Restart your server again.
