What is Animated Action Bar?
Animated Action Bar is an action bar that is animated.
You can edit it in-game so there isn't any config!

Main command:
/actionbar - Show the help page - actionbar.op
Sub commands:
/actionbar add (text) - add an animation - actionbar.op
/actionbar remove (text) - remove an animation - actionbar.op
/actionbar set (number) - set the wait time (in ticks) - actionbar.op
/actionbar reset - reset all animations - actionbar.op
/actionbar list - list all animations - actionbar.op
/actionbar save - save all current active animations - actionbar.op
/actionbar load - load a save file - actionbar.op
Warning! Loading a save file WILL overlap the current animations you have set.
