It works simply by the following structure: all players who don't have bypass permission (default - iad.reload) do see updateable title messages which is not against EULA but does make player want to buy you ranks which remove it.

Thanks to interval option you can make this title appear only sometimes (by adding more blank lines).

- Download ConnorLinfoot 's TitleAPI
- Download iAd
- Put plugin in your server's 'plugins' folder
- Start your server (the plugin will generate its config)
- Edit you config.yml at .../plugins/iAd/
- Use /iadreload to update your settings
- Auto-Movable messages (like ''text'; ' text'; ' text'; ' text'...)
