Alright, now you might be asking, is this World Guard compatible?
Of course it is! If you want it to not damage terrain in your region, just set other-explosion and TNT to deny. If you don't know how to do that the command is simple
/rg flag (Your Region name) TNT deny
/rg flag (Your Region name) other-explosion deny
