There are Teleportation Pages - just get blank teleportation page using /tppages give <nick> and do right click with it - this will create new teleportation page. You can also rename this page using /tppages rename <name of page>. When you click again with this page you will be teleported with great particle effects. This plugin also contains simple warp system. When you are in creative mode, page will not broke.
