This is just a small plugin to have permissions on boat and minecart entering.
Permissions :
minecart.enter : Allows to enter in a cart
boat.enter.WoodType : Allows to enter in a specific boat type
boat.enter.* : Allows to enter in all boats
boat.driver.WoodType : Allows to be driver in a specific boat type
boat.driver.* : Allows to enter and be driver in all boats
boat.driver.nogravity : Allows to enter in a NoGravity boat This one has to be used with others.
Not being a driver means that you can't enter in a boat if there isn't already a driver. It ejects you from the boat if the driver leaves.
Wood types (Spigot) :
GENERIC : Oak
BIRCH : Birch
REDWOOD : Spruce
JUNGLE : Jungle wood
DARK_OAK : Dark oak
ACACIA : Acacia
