Elite Staff Manager
Please note that ESM is currently in the early stages of beta . Updates will be shooting out rapidly within the next couple weeks, I'm simply 'releasing' early to see how it will do and for you guys to catch bugs. Much more to come so please do not completely judge the plugin off of what it is now. Elite Staff Manager currently only supports 1.8, but support for more recent versions will be coming out within the next couple of days.
What is Elite Staff Manager?
Elite Staff Manager (ESM) is a plugin that allows Administrators/Owners to monitor their Moderators/Helpers' performance. It will give you an idea of which staff members need promotions, playtime, et cetera all with one command. It also offers a rating system so that your users have say in how a staff member is handling things. To sum that up in a nutshell, I specifically designed this plugin to make the lives of staff management as simple as possible by making sure all the important information is as accessible as possible.
Features!
As of now, features are fairly limited, although the Beta version will give you a slight feel for the plugin...
*Simple commands and permissions, easy for amatueur server owners!
*Find a staff member's overall playtime, overall rating and if a promotion is recommended all in one command (lots more to come)!
*Rating system so that all users have say on each staff member's 'OVR'!
*All messages are configurable!
* Straight-forward configuration!
* Smart rating system (takes two seperate rates to change whether a staff member's rating is dropping or rising)
*Players can only submit one rating per staff member! No abuse!
Commands:

(permission: esm.lookup or OP)

Other than that, please report bugs and submit suggestions via forum PM, only use the review system for legitimate plugin reviews. Once again, this is a very early version to the plugin and may not function extremely cleanly, don't be alarmed.
Note: Reloading or restarting your server will currently cause you to lose rating data, but not playtime data. This may be fixed in later updates. 1.9+ Minecraft versions WILL be supported very soon!
