Rank Youtuber Requirements used so that users who are Youtubers can see the requirements without having to ask an administrator. This in phase beta, but soon will be out it 1.1
Test Server: (Is your server using that plugin and do you want to appear in the list.)
Installation:
Put RankYoutuberRequirements.jar in your plugin folder and turn on the server and configure the config.yml
