The Signs are a big problem because many big Servers still have this exploit opened.
This Plugin is easy to use with many options.
Even an option to allow players to bypass the check (I don't know why you want to do that, but if you want to, you can).
This Plugin should work with every version but I only tested it with Spigot 1.8.8!
