Portal Runner
This plugin presents a fun style of traveling. It allows players to create entry and exit portals, in which they can walk through the entry portal and come out through the exit portal.||Commands ||
/portal rod - gives the player who executed the command a portal rod.
/portal rod <playername> - give the target player a portal rod, can also be ran from console.
/portal rod - rm <playername> - removes the portal rod"s" from the target player's inventory. Also can be executed from console.
||Permissions||
portalrunner.use - allows players with the portal rod to create portals.
portalrunner.rod - allows players to give themselves portal rods.
portalrunner.rod.give - allows players to give others portal rods.
portalrunner.rod.remove - allows players to remove others portal rods.
The player first left clicks "air" with the rod to create an entry portal, then right clicks "air" to create the exit portal. After a short duration the portal will disperse. This is show with particles so you know if a portal is there or if it's not.
There is also a portal cool down period to make sure player's cant have multiple entry and exit portals at once.
Most of the features in this plugin have configuration values, such as the "Portal Rod". The configuration file for this plugin has comments to explain in more detail each of the features inside.

Also the plugin does use particles meaning, there is a possibility for high CPU usage. I tested the creation of portals many times and haven't come across this issue yet, but I would need many more players to actually know if there are any issues pertaining to performance.

Also I was thinking of adding a feature where random entrance portals would spawn around the world, and they would take you to other random exit portals.
