This plugin was meant to be much larger, although I gave up on it, you will no longer receive support for it, I one last "update" it was really just to make the plugin not messy. I'm going to release both the old version (still works fine) and the new one I made. And the source code for both, they will both be on my github, if you are going to use the plugin or change it credit me. If you want to take over the project and re-release it on Spigot, message me on skype or discord. (Skype = wolf.devs Discord = Jordie#3336)

BSE = Basic Server Essentials
What is BSE?
BSE is a plugin which contains a good amount of features, This plugin is developed with customization in mind, Almost all of the messages are editable, This plugin contains all of the basic's that a server needs.

This version of BSE includes:
- Branding manager (Discord, Teamspeak, Shop / Store)
- ClearChat
- Gamemode Manager
- Event Notify (Like drop parties & pvp events messages are changeable)

Commands & Permissions?
Commands:
/BSE - Shows information about the plugin
/CC - Clears chat
/salert - Sends a staff alert
/stafalert - Sends a staff alert
/ip <player> - Shows the target's remote address (CAN ONLY BE RAN BY OPS)
/gm - Changes your gamemode to survival or creative
/discord - Shows the set branding message
/teamspeak - Shows the set branding message
/shop - Shows the set branding message
/store - Shows the set branding message
/wakeup <player> - Pokes a player (Like teamspeak)
/poke <player> - Pokes a player (Like teamspeak)
/staff - Shows the set Owners & Developers in the config (Auto Detect is in premium)
@<message> - Sends a message to staff chat
/debug - Shows important information when submitting a debug report
/notify <Event> - Sends out a notify broadcast (Messages are changeable)
/bsever - Shows the version of the plugin you have
Permissions:
bse.info - Grants access to /bse (arg) commands
bse.cc - Grants access to clear global chat
bse.gm - Grants access to change your gamemode
bse.notify - Grants access to /notify
bse.sc - Grants access to use staff chat
bse.m.alert - Grants access to SEND staff alerts
bse.ranks.staff - Grants access to get alerts
bse.admin - Grants access to Anti Abuse features
bse.debug - Grants access to /debug
bse.poke - Grants access to /poke & /wakeup
