This plugin multiply the blocks amount that mined when the happy hour is activated.You can set custom multiply amount(only integers).The plugin have option for blocked worlds(for example plot world).The plugin have cool particles that you can turn on and off.You can set the permissions.You can use this plugin for voteparty , events , players online record etc.
