Very simple plugin that just disables PvP with the /safepvpmode command. In this mode, you will not destroy any blocks. I personally have found that this is a little bit of a problem when PvPing as an admin on my server and thought as the fix was so simple, that I would make a public plugin.

Commands:

/safepvpmode (Alias /build) - Toggles block breaking.

Permissions:

safepvp.safepvpmode - Allows the execution of the /safepvpmode command.
