Permissions:
mercy.heal >> Generic /heal command.
mercy.heal.others >> /heal other players.
mercy.fortify >> /fortify (Resistance) yourself.
mercy.damageboost >> /boost (Strength) yourself.
mercy.transcendence >> Put yourself into a /transendence (Allowing you to not die for 15 seconds .)
