To make it work:
- place a dispenser below lava (amount of lava levels isn't important).
- put 3 papers named with X, Y and Z coordinates in these slots:

- jump in lava
- let yourself die and you arrived!
If your destination is too far away, the teleporter may not function. In this case, you just die and loose your stuff, it's risky to don't know where you're going.
