Simple report
Allow your players to simply report anyone with the command /report but there is a cool down to stop people from spamming the command that you can edit in the config. You may also edit any of the messages in the config file.
the only command in this plugin is "/report" and for a admin to read this report they will need the permission "report.see" . That is the only simple command!
