Hello,
Welcome to a Skript i've made where it's just like the broadcasts seen on CosmicPvP.
Every x.amount of seconds/minutes the broadcast will be played in chat with the given format.
Example:

Installation:
- Skript ( click here ) then chuck the file downloaded here into the scripts folder after you restarted your server.
