JoinSlot lets you simply set the hotbar slot a player will have selected whenever they join the server.
Command (can be run in-game or in console):
/setjoinslot <number between 0 and 8>
Permission to change the slot:
joinslot.set
You can also change the value in the config, it is by default 0 (1st slot in the hotbar).
