PrimalStaffUtils

- Opens player inventory when you click on them
- Cannot drop or pick up items
- Cannot block arrows
- Cannot push mobs/animals/mine carts
- Cannot block another player from placing blocks
- Cannot hit or interact with any other entity (players / mobs / etc)
- Cannot interact vehicles
- Cannot be targeted by mobs

- Cannot execute commands while frozen
- Cannot drop or pick up items while frozen
- Cannot interact with blocks while frozen
- Cannot move while frozen
- Receive message if a player leaves while frozen
Basically, they can only chat

- Ability to vanish (with /v) // primal.vanish
- Ability to see vanished users // primal.vanish.see
- Ability to toggle other player's vanish // primal.vanish.others

Ability to freeze players // primal.freeze
Ability to see freeze notifications // primal.freeze.notify
Exempt from /freeze command // primal.freeze.exempt
