This plugin makes it so mobs don't spawn naturally meaning Only Spawners and spawneggs only work unless you do /spawnmob or something i have not tested it but it might work with BossMobs.

-HyperSpawners = This is the Main command reloads the config
-HyperSpawners reload = This command reloads the config

- There is non you have to be oped to use the commands
