This plugin makes you able to disable or enable commands on your server.
This is useful when you're playing with your friends on survival and just feel like you HAVE to cheat to get your stuff back because you fell in a pool of lava. Well, now that problem's gone. You'll just have to sit there and be disappointed.
If you want it cut clean and just a "Block all commands.". Download the latest version.
