GameEngine
GameEngine is a developer's API coded in java for use in minigames and global plugins. Currently, it features an API for maps, languages, and GUI creations.

Using the API
The use of GameEngine is quite easy, the first step is to import the .jar into your build path on any IDE you wish to use, then add this tag in your plugin.yml:
Code (Text):
 depend: [GameEngine]
After so, we can start using the essentials of this API. This API has ChestGUI integrated, so you could use this api as well. Currently, the plugin has two main features, a MapManager feature with automatic voting and random Map Selections, and a Language File. To start using them, it is recommended to use these methods onEnable() of your plugin to generate the files automatically inside your plugin's folder on startup:

Code (Text):

MapConfiguration mC = new MapConfiguration(this); // <- Using this if it's in your main class.
LangConfiguration lC = new LangConfiguration(this);

Using this will generate two files (lang.yml and maps.yml) in your plugin's folder. After so, you could start passing the mC and lC fields into other classes, using .getConfig(). (lC has a method to get directly colored messages, lC.getTranslatedMessage("lang.eng.anymessage");

You can clearly see that there's a MapSelector and MapBuilder class. After you've generated your MapConfiguration class, you could initiate the MapSelector class which gets all the map names and randomizes them, then after so you could use MapBuilder.voteMap(player, "map1", "&aSuccesfully voted for map", "&cYou have already voted for the map!"); and then after some countdown use MapBuilder.chooseMap() to choose a map (string is in MapBuilder.chosenMap after initiating the method). An example of a config format and other stuff are found below (make sure that the configuration is valid or it'll return an error!):

Using it onEnable or later:
Code (Text):
MapSelector mS = new MapSelector(this, "Cores.maps");
MapBuilder mB = new MapBuilder(this);
mB.init();

Config format:
Code (Text):

This will randomize between Oasis, End and Poseidon (or any other maps) and only choose 3.
