Chat as other players

ChatSpoof is simply a rewrite of FakeSay, a plugin written in 2014.
The purpose of this plugin is to allow players permitted to use the plugin to chat as other players.

Scenario:

Admin issues command: /chatspoof Notch Hi!
Server returns: Player not found! (Not online)
Admin issues command: /csf minecrafter123 Hello, Admin!
Server returns: [Noob] [Jailed] ~Jelly: Hello, Admin!
Admin issues command: /realname Jelly
Server returns: ~Jelly is minecrafter123

Commands:

/chatspoof: Use chatspoof, syntax: /chatspoof <player> <message>
/csf: alias of /chatspoof

Permissions:

chatspoof.use: Allows player to use chatspoof
chatspoof.immune: Makes player immune to chatspoof
chatspoof.override: Makes player ignore immune permission.
