Whoopie Cushions💨

Adds crafting recipes to make cushions into red whoopie cushions using the recipe below.
Adds rainbow cushions made by using an anvil to rename a cushion's name into jeb_.
Rainbow cushions go through the different cushion colors in a set pattern.

Currently only for 26.3 snapshot 3 due to it being the version that added cushions.
