>>Description<<
XStaff is a multi-feature, fully customisable staff mode plugin aimed to assist staff members in doing their jobs. XStaff provides multiple commands and features to make their lives easier.

>>Features<<
Freeze: Let staff members freeze players. Useful for screen shares etc.
Reports System: Allows players to report other players. Staff are notified in the chat. Comes with a fancy GUI with multiple options to manage the report.
Warning System: Let staff members warn users for what they are doing, Comes with a GUI to manage the warning. Setup automatic commands to run when players hit a certain amount of warnings.
Notes System: Let staff members add notes to users. Useful for leaving messages to other staff members about that player, for example not to ip ban then etc.
Vanish: Let staff members 'vanish' from the server. This means that normal players cannot see the staff member in-game or in tab list. Useful for spying on players and catching hackers.
Details GUI: A fancy GUI that displays lots of information about the targeted player, such as ip address, inventory etc.
Online Staff GUI: A GUI that displays a list of all the online staff at that moment
Random Teleport: A tool that allows staff members to randomly teleport to another player on the server.
Teleport tool: A tool that staff members click and are teleported to the block that they are looking at.
Inventory saves: Automatically saves the player's inventory when they enter staff mode. Restores it when they leave staff mode. If the player leaves the server in staff mode, their inventory will automatically be restored when they next log in.
Staff Chat: A private chat for staff members to communicate in. Cannot be seen by other players.
Fully customisable: All options and messages can be changed in their respective config files.

>>Staff Mode<<
When a player does /staff, they are put into staff mode. Their inventory is saved and they are given a new inventory.

The modules are:
Toggle Freeze: Toggles the freeze status of whoever the player is looking at.
Toggle Vanish: Toggles your vanish status
View Reports: Opens a GUI containing all of the reports, or if you are looking at a player, it opens a GUI of that player's reports.
View Details: Opens a GUI containing a GUI of the details about the player that you are looking at. There is more on this later.
View online staff: Opens a GUI containing all of the online staff. If a staff member is vanished from you, you will not see them.
Random Teleport: Randomly teleport to an online player.
Teleport tool: Teleports you to the block that you are looking at.

When in staff mode, all players will be given night vision. This will be removed when they leave staff mode.

>>Details GUI<<
When a player does /details <player> or uses the details module in the staff inventory, a GUI pops up containing information about the player.
Parts of the GUI:
Potion Effects: An item that displays a list of all active potion effects when you hover over it.
Status: An item that displays information about the player's health and food levels when you hover over it.
Inventory: When you click it, a GUI showing the player's armour and inventory contents pops up.
Other Info: An item that displays other information about the player. It will only show the rank if Vault is enabled.
Xp: An item that displays the player's experience level, and how much experience is required to get to the next level.
Toggle freeze: An item that, when clicked, toggles the player's freeze status
Punishment options: Opens a GUI that contains an option to kick/ban the user. When one is selected, the user is prompted to give a reason for the punishment. This plugin DOES NOT include ban management. When the user selects an option, a command set in the config file is executed. In order for this to work, the player must have permission to use the /ban or /kick command.
Teleport options: Opens a GUI that gives the player an option to either teleport to the targeted player, or to teleport the targeted player to them.
Reports: Opens up a GUI showing all of the reports for the targeted player.
Notes/Warnings: Opens a GUI giving the player an option to either view all the notes or warnings for the targeted player.

>>Reports System<<
To make a report, the player does /report <player> <reason...>. Once the report is made, all online staff members are notified via the chat. The /report command is on a cooldown configurable in the config file. To view the reports, you can either do /reports to see all of the unresolved reports, or /reports <player> to view all of the unresolved reports for a player. By clicking on the report information in the GUI, it will bring you to a report manager interface with various options to manage the report:

>>Warns System<<
To warn a player, the staff member does /warn <player> <reason...>. The warned player and all staff are notified of the report. In order to view a player's warns, do /warns <player>. This will bring up a GUI with a list of the player's warns. By clicking on one of the warnings in the GUI, a warn manager GUI will show giving you the option to remove the warning. You can also remove warnings by doing /unwarn <player>, which will remove the last warning given to that player, or /unwarn <player> <id> which will remove a specific warning. The id for the warning can be found in the warns GUI.
Automatic commands
XStaff supports automatic command execution when a player reaches a certain amount of warnings. The options for this can be found at the bottom of the cofig file. There are some default examples there already, but you can remove them if you want. To create an automatic command for a certain amount of warns, you should put in the config the amount of warnings required for the command to execute, followed by the command(s). Here is an example:

Code (Text):
2:
    commands:
    - 'kick {player} You have reached 2 warnings'
    - 'broadcast {player} has been kicked for reaching 2 warnings'
This will mean that when a player reaches 2 warnings, they will be kicked and a message will be broadcasted to the server. There are two placeholders that you can use in the command: {player} - The player's name, and {total} - The total amount of warnings that they have.

>>Vanish<<
When a staff member does /vanish, they are vanished from the tablist and from the other players that don't have permissions to see them. If you are in staff mode, you will see vanished players as ghosts, but if you are not in staff mode, you will only see thier nametags.
Setting up permissions to see vanished players
If you have vault installed on your server, along with a permissions plugin compatible with vault, you can setup advanced permissions for vanish. You can give the permission 'xstaff.vanish.see.<rank>' to a group/player. This will allow that group to see vanished players of the rank specified in the permission node. This can allow for the server to be setup so that Moderators are able to see other vanished moderators, but not vanished admins/senior mods. You can use the permission 'xstaff.vanish.see.all' to see all vanished players (This method must be used if you do not have vault installed on the server).

>>Staff Chat<<
By doing the command /schat [message], the player either toggles his staff chat, or sends a message in staffchat. Staff chat provides a private place for staff to chat about issues or other stuff without other players seeing it. The format for staff chat can be found and changed in the config.yml. More information on how to format it can be found in the config.

>>Installation<<
XStaff is an easy plugin to setup and will work automatically without any prior configuration. Just download the plugin, drag it into the plugins folder in your server files and restart the server. No other plugins are required to make XStaff run, although it is recommended that Vault and a compatible permissions plugin is installed on the server for maximum functionality.

>>Commands<<
/report <player> <reason...> - Report a player
/reports [player] - View the unresolved reports
/staff [player] - Toggles staff mode for you or another player
/vanish [player] - Toggles vanish for you or another player
/freeze <player> - Prevents a player from moving
/warn <player> <reason...> - Warns a player
/unwarn <player> [id] - Unwarns a player
/details <player> - Shows information about a player
/addnote <player> <note...> - Adds a note to the player
/remnote <player> [id] - Removes a note from the player
/notes <player> - View a player's notes
/schat [message] - Toggles staff chat, or sends a message in staff chat.

>>Permissions<<
There are a lot of permissions, so I put them in a spoiler to stop the whole page from being flooded.
