Welcome Rewards

Welcome Rewards provides a command for players to welcome new players when they join and it also rewards them for doing it. When a player uses the command they send a message welcoming all the players who joined for the first time in the past 10 seconds (can be changed in the config). Players can only welcome a new players once and when they do a random command from the config runs to reward them(or none if you just want a command to welcome new players).
Commands:
/welcome - welcome any player who has just joined the server
/welcome reload - reload the config file
/wl - alias of /welcome
Permissions:
welcomerewards.reload - lets you reload the config
there is no permission needed to welcome players with /wl
To Do:
- add message in global chat when a player first joins
- if there is anything else you want send me a message or post it in the discussion section.
Installation:
Requires Java 8. Drop it in your plugins folder and restart the server.
