Planned features: MySQL storage, permission specific cooldowns, custom message for each cooldown (optional).

Command1:
Command: '/help {any} ball' #{any} means that the specific argument doesn't matter in this case (but a first argument must be there), but the second argument must be "ball".
Cooldown: 30 #In seconds
#PermissionUseCommand: cmd1.use #optional perm to be able to use the command in the first place.
#PermissionBypassCooldown: cmd1.bypass #optional perm to bypass the cooldown.
Options:
CooldownMessage: '&cYou can''t use this command yet, time left: %days%D:%hours%H:%minutes%M:%seconds%S'
