Server requirements:
- Java 7+
- Bukkit/Spigot 1.8+
- /communitychest: Opens the community chest.
- /communitychest info: Shows some credits to me
- /communitychest reset: Resets the community chest.
- /communitychest (player): Opens the community chest to a other player.
