/buildmanager - Shows you the help message
/buildmanager reload - Reloads the Plugin.
Permissions:
buildmanager.reload - Permission to use /buildmanager reload
buildmanager.blockbuild - Allows you to ignore Block Build Settings
buildmanager.blockbreak - Allows you to ignore Block Break Settings
