/spawn - Teleports to spawn
- sspawn.set - Ability to use /setspawn (defaults to operators)
- sspawn.tp - Ability to use /spawn (defaults to all players)
- sspawn.bypass.movement - Ability to bypass the 'No movement in warmup' feature (defaults to operators)
- sspawn.bypass.warmup - Ability to bypass the warmup or wait (defaults to no one)
- sspawn.bypass.cooldown - Ability to bypass the cooldown (defaults to no one)
cooldown-enabled - If the cooldown should be enabled
cooldown-time - The amount of time players are required to wait

cancel-on-move - If the warmup should be cancelled upon the player moving
strict-on-move - If cancel-on-move should be strict and cancel the warmup if the player moves their head
